Hana Cicerelle also scored for ESU (4-0), which won 12-6 at Mount Olive in North Carolina in the first game of its southern trip on Sunday.
The Warriors trailed 6-4 at halftime but scored the first five goals of the second half to surge in front, similar to their 6-0 finish in Sunday's win at Mount Olive.
ESU started strong, leading 3-1 eight minutes in, before Coker (5-2) scored five of the next six goals to lead at intermission.
Jefferis scored on an assist from Fitzsimmons 1:20 into the second half, Green scored the second of her three goals 2:58 into the half and Jefferis gave ESU the lead for good just over eight minutes into the period.
Goals by Cicerelle and Stratten made it 9-6 at the 10:29 mark, but Coker scored the next two goals to pull within 9-8 with 5:41 remaining.
Rufolo scored her goal with 2:04 left for a 10-8 cushion. Coker got that goal back, but Green finished the scoring with 59 seconds remaining.

The Warriors held a 40-21 advantage in shots, including 26-10 in the first half, but Coker scored on six of its 10 attempts.
