MOHNTON, Pa. - Junior
Samantha Miller tied for medalist honors with a round of 79 for East Stroudsburg University at the Spring Invitational on Thursday at LedgeRock Golf Club.
Miller and Kutztown's Rebecca Graham both finished seven-over par on the par-72, 5,905-yard course. They finished three shots ahead of West Chester's Taylor Daskivich.
ESU placed fourth of six schools with West Chester (334) edging Kutztown (335) for the team title. Division III Eastern was third (379), followed by ESU (388) and DIII's Alvernia (399) and Arcadia (477).

Caterina Daniels was 20th with a round of 99, junior
Mackenzie Mathna 23rd (104), freshman
Amy Bergquist tied for 25th (106) and freshman
Brianna Carty 30th (119).
There were 35 individual finishers in the field.
Miller's round of 79 was her sixth career round in the 70's, the most the nine-year history of the program.
Miller is one of three Warriors who have carded a round in the 70's - Briana Malachowski had two in the program's inaugural season in 2008-09, and Karen Cash had five in 2009-10.
