MILLERSVILLE - Junior Samantha Miller finished tied for second for East Stroudsburg University at the Millersville Invitational, held Sunday at Tanglewood Manor Golf Course.

Miller carded a round of 80 on the par-72, 5,815-yard course. West Chester's Lacey Bensing was the medalist at 78, and Miller tied with Millersville's Danielle Greene for second in the field of 36.

ESU placed third with a four-player total of 368. The field included three Division II and four Division III schools.

Sophomore Caterina Daniels was 15th at 93, freshman Amy Bergquist t-19th at 97, junior Mackenzie Mathna 21st at 98 and freshman Brianna Carty t-33rd at 123.

Seven of the 36 finishers shot sub-90 rounds.

ESU is back in action at the Kutztown Spring Invitational at Moselem Springs Golf Club on Saturday.
