FLEETWOOD - Junior
Samantha Miller finished third with a round of 82 at the Kutztown Spring Invitational, held Saturday at Moselem Springs Golf Club.
Miller was three shots off the medalist, West Chester's Lacey Bensing, who shot a 79. WCU's Taylor Daskivich was runner-up at 81, followed by Miller, Kutztown's Rachel Tampoli (83) and KU's Madison Beer and Caitlin Leppert (84).
ESU finished third of five schools. West Chester posted a 340, followed by Kutztown (345), ESU (386), Seton Hill (400) and Division III Alvernia (409).
Junior
Mackenzie Mathna was 14th with a round of 95, sophomore
Caterina Daniels was tied for 17th (98), freshman
Amy Bergquist was 23rd (111) and freshman
Brianna Carty was 24th (122) in a field of 27.
The par-70 course played at 5,939 yards.
The Warriors are back in action Sunday and Monday at the Edwin Cottrell Invitational at Penn Oaks Golf Club, hosted by West Chester.
