BLOOMSBURG, Pa. – Senior Allison Cardow took first place in the 200-yard butterfly, and East Stroudsburg University added five additional second-place finishes in a 119-70 dual loss at Bloomsburg on Saturday afternoon.

The Warriors (4-2) were competing in their first dual since Nov. 4 after last weekend's matchup at Millersville was postponed due to inclement weather. Becca Cubbler and Nicole Young each had a pair of event wins to lead the Huskies (5-2).

Cardow topped three Bloomsburg swimmers in the 200 fly with a PSAC time of 2:14.20. She finished over two seconds ahead of the second place finisher.

Sophomore Olivia Lukshides (2:01.83) and senior Kate Zimmerman (2:33.23) were also under the PSAC qualifying standard on their way to second-place finishes in the 200 freestyle and 200 breaststroke, respectively. Senior Annie Fagan added a PSAC time of 25.15 in the 50 free.

ESU's 200 medley relay team of senior Colleen Dwyer, Zimmerman, junior Briana Hall and senior Annie Fagan placed second with a mark of 1:52.87 in the opening event of the afternoon. Hall, Dwyer, Lukshides and Fagan then registered a 1:42.44 in the 200 free relay to conclude the meet, less than a half second behind Bloomsburg's winning mark of 1:42.01.

The Warriors return to the pool next Friday night to make up last week's postponement at Millersville, with the road dual set to begin at 6 p.m.
