LAFAYETTE HILL, Pa. – Sophomore
Micaela Crines carded a team-low 90, as East Stroudsburg University earned a second-place finish out of three schools at Sunday's Jefferson Invitational.
The Warriors scored 368 (+80) as a team on the Par-72 course. That placed them 27 shots back of the host Rams and 75 shots ahead of Ursinus in third place.
Crines was the top ESU finisher for a third-consecutive tournament. She ranked sixth overall out of 16 golfers in the individual standings.
A total of four strokes separated the Warriors' four scoring golfers. Freshman
Tatum Henry followed Crines with a final round of 91, while junior
Amy Bergquist scored a 93 and senior
Caterina Daniels finished with a 94.
