EAST STROUDSBURG – Senior Kelli Shapiro had a pair of goals, while freshmen Taylor Gramberg and Morgan Mesenbrink each recorded a goal and an assist for East Stroudsburg University in a 7-0 Senior Day victory over Seton Hill on Saturday.

Nine different players registered at least one point for the top-ranked Warriors (13-3, 8-1 PSAC), who held the Griffins (0-17, 0-9 PSAC) without a shot on goal in the contest.

Shapiro opened the scoring 12:58 in, and she added a second less than five minutes into the second half. She was one of seven seniors recognized in a pregame ceremony, along with Amanda Crampton, Karisa Turner, Paige Harrold, Ashley Ceschini, Makenna Marhefka and Bailey Quinn. Crampton, who is out this season due to injury, also participated in an honorary pushback prior to the start of the first half.

Gramberg assisted on Shapiro's first strike, and along with freshmen Hannah Barbush, Morgan Mullen and Mesenbrink, she was one of four Warriors to score their first collegiate goal on the afternoon.

Barbush's goal made it 2-0 less than three minutes after Shapiro's opener, while Mullen and Mesenbrink scored the game's final two tallies in the second half. Freshman Becca Hefner chipped in her first collegiate point with an assist on Mesenbrink's strike.

Quinn added her team-leading 10th goal of the season midway through the first half, as she took a pass from junior Karly Conway and blasted a long low shot past the Griffin goalkeeper. Sophomore Samantha Bruttomesso-Clarke picked up her first assist of the season on Gramberg's goal to close out the first half.

ESU outscored Seton Hill by a 13-0 margin in the two meetings between the sides this fall. Junior Maddie Richie played all 70 minutes in goal to record her 10th shutout in 16 starts on the year.

The Warriors have one more regular season home game at Whitenight Field, as they host Molloy in a 2:30 p.m. non-conference matchup on Tuesday.
