Jefferis became the sixth ESU player with six assists in a game and had the eighth performance with 6 assists in school history.

She has 101 career points on 67 goals and 34 assists, including 50 points on 34 goals and 16 assists to earn third team All-PSAC honors on last year's 17-3 PSAC champion and NCAA Division II Tournament team.

She joins Rahmer (132 points) as current Warriors with 100 points. Junior attack Brooke Fritz (71), Rufolo (60) and Cicerelle (56) all have more than 50, with Rufolo and Cicerelle both playing 25 career games.

ESU led 4-1 less than four minutes in on goals by Rahmer, Cicerelle, Rahmer (from Jefferis) and Mitarotonda. It was 9-4 at the 10-minute mark before the Warriors scored four goals to end the half, and netted all three goals in the second half.

The Warriors blanked the Fighting Scots over the final 40:36 of the contest.

Sophomore goalkeeper Tatyana Petteway played the first half for ESU and made five saves. Sophomore Michelle Dyck had two saves in a scoreless second half.

Mitarotonda's five-goal effort was her third game with at least four goals through the first five games, producing a team-high 18 goals along with two assists. Cicerelle (13g, 4a), Jefferis (7g, 10a) and Rahmer (11g, 2a) have also been primary contributors with ESU posting a 73-35 goal differential to date.

ESU is at No. 14 West Chester (7-0, 2-0), the highest ranked of the PSAC's five teams in last week's IWLCA DII Top 25 poll, on Wednesday at 4 p.m.

WCU has PSAC wins at Slippery Rock (12-6) and vs. Seton Hill (16-3) to open its league schedule. ESU won 17-12 last year, its first over the Golden Rams since 2003 and just the third in school history.
