ERIE - Sophomore goalkeeper
Tatyana Petteway made 18 saves, including nine in a 7-0 run to open the second half, as No. 18-ranked East Stroudsburg University won 14-7 at Gannon in PSAC women's lacrosse on Saturday afternoon.
ESU (9-2, 8-1), the defending PSAC champion, won its fifth straight, opening a 6-4 halftime lead and extending it with the 7-0 stretch over 20 minutes.

Chessie Rahmer scored three goals, all in the first half, to lead ESU. Senior midfielder

Hana Cicerelle both had two goals and an assist, and freshman midfielder
Krista Mitarotonda scored two goals for her ninth straight multi-goal game.

Erin Rotondo scored two goals and Leilani King had a goal, three assists and a game-high seven draw controls for Gannon (3-7, 2-6). Erin Renwick made 12 saves.
Petteway had six saves in the first half, then posted 12 in the second half while allowing just three goals after intermission.
A third team IWLCA All-America as a freshman, Petteway ranked second in NCAA Division II in save percentage (.532) last year and improved her 2018 save percentage to .538 with her performance on Saturday.
Both teams had 34 shots as Petteway was the difference. Gannon held a 13-10 margin in draw controls.
After Rotondo scored late in the first half to make it 6-4, ESU scored four goals in the first 7:56 of the second half to seize control on goals by Fritz, Mitarotonda and two by Cicerelle.
Fritz scored from McKenna, McMaster scored from Jefferis and Rufolo scored unassisted to make it 13-4 with 10:14 remaining.
King ended Gannon's drought with 8:17 left and the Golden Knights scored three of the final four goals.

Kayleigh Pokrivka both had four of ESU's 15 caused turnovers.
ESU has wins at Slippery Rock (9-7), vs. Lock Haven (17-12), vs. IUP (14-10), vs. Kutztown (14-10) and at Gannon since a 14-7 loss at West Chester on March 28 for its only PSAC setback.
The Warriors have won nine of their last 10 overall after an 11-10 (OT) loss vs. Tiffin in their season opener on March 4.
Mitarotonda (37 goals, 2 assists), Cicerelle (29 goals, 6 assists), Rahmer (23 goals, 4 assists) and Rufolo (20 goals, 5 assists) continue to lead an ESU attack that is averaging 13.5 goals per game.
The Warriors are on the road for four of their last five games, including Saturday's trip to Gannon, and head to Shippensburg for conference action on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
