BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The East Stroudsburg University Warriors ran to a first-place finish in the men's 4x400-meter relay and had several members of the team set personal bests on Saturday at the John Covert Classic hosted by Lehigh University.

Freshman Jalen Bailey, senior Akeim Thomas, freshman Mamadu Bari, and junior Andrew Schumacher recorded a time of 3:23.70 in winning the 4x400 for the Warriors and set a season-best mark in the process.

In the mile race, freshman Ben Reisenweaver notched a personal-best and PSAC qualifying time of 4:26.97 for ESU. Sophomore Jordan Cruise narrowly missed hitting his personal-best in the mile (4:30.33) with a time of 4.30.90.
