EAST STROUDSBURG – Koehler Fieldhouse was the site of the Inaugural ESU Women's Freestyle Open on Sunday as more than 10 programs participated in the event.
Sophomore
Josselinne Campos rallied after dropping her first bout of the day to Emily Se from Emmanuel College by recording three consecutive victories. Campos notched a 6-2 victory against Presbyterian's Isabella Badon followed by a 3-0 win against Bridgette Schoultz and 5-2 triumph against Alex Herle from Emmanuel.
Sophomore
Lakiesha Sullivan opened her day for the Warriors with a 6-4 victory against Emmanuel's Clare Garcia at 109 pounds before dropping each of her next two bouts. Sophomore
Bella Serrano finished the day 2-2 and notched victories against Trinity Thomas and Jolene Joseph.

Alyssa Marinaccio went 1-2 with an 8-7 victory against Micah Ellis. Freshman
Tatyana Ortiz was the first ESU women's wrestler to record a victory on the day as she tallied a 10-0 decision against Brooke Richards.
ESU hosts its first-ever women's dual inside Koehler Fieldhouse on Nov. 24 against the Nassau Community College Lions beginning at 4 p.m. The Warriors then head to Garden City, N.Y. for the Nassau Duals on Dec. 7.
