ORANGEBURG, N.Y. – Sophomore
Kaitlyn Caleen recorded three hits, including her first home run of the season, to highlight an offensive onslaught for East Stroudsburg University during a 13-6 win over Nyack to conclude Wednesday's road doubleheader.

Caleen and junior
Kaylee Hazewski each went 3 for 4 in Game 2, with Hazewski adding three runs scored and a pair of stolen bases. Caleen's long ball opened up a 7-2 lead for the visitors in the top of the second inning.

Nyack (4-15) held a 6-4 lead after four innings in the opener. ESU leveled up the score in the fifth on an RBI double by Govan and a run-scoring single by Caleen, but the hosts went in front for good through a two-out, go-ahead RBI base knock by Janelle Adams in the bottom of the sixth.
Freshman
Mikayla Pourby had the biggest hit for ESU in Game 1, as she belted a three-run homer, the first of her Warrior career, with two outs in the fourth. She started the game in the circle, striking out five but leaving after surrendering four runs in the opening three innings.
Spencer was the lone ESU player with two hits, as she completed the afternoon 4 for 8 at the plate.
ESU remains on the road for its next doubleheader, with the Warriors traveling to Bowie State for two contests beginning at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
