The Warriors (11-3, 8-1 PSAC) held a 14-2 lead at the intermission, and they came within 40 seconds of keeping the Golden Knights (2-10, 0-8 PSAC) off the scoreboard for the entirety of the second half.

Juliane Fitzsimmons had one goal and one assist, and sophomore
Gillian McEvoy tallied her first collegiate goal with 8:15 remaining in regulation.
Junior

Michelle Dyck added three stops in the first 25:56 of the second half, while freshman

The Warriors earned a fifth-consecutive victory at Whitenight Field, and they improved to 30-3 in the regular season against PSAC opponents over the last three seasons.
ESU remains at home for its next matchup, with the Warriors hosting Shippensburg in a 4 p.m. tilt on Wednesday afternoon.
Note:
Jefferis, Mitarotonda and Petteway were each presented with ceremonial game balls prior to the opening draw to celebrate recent milestones. Jefferis and Mitarotonda scored their 100th career goals in a win over Slippery Rock on March 30, while Petteway made her 500th collegiate save in a victory at Lock Haven on April 2.
