STROUDSBURG – Returning to Glen Brook Golf Club for the first time in 522 days, the East Stroudsburg University women's golf team notched a fifth place finish on Saturday at the ESU Spring Invitational.
Competing in her final home event, senior Mariah Minter paced the Warriors in 11th after carding an 85 (+13) on the par-72, 5,800-yard course.
Sophomore Samantha Young finished in a tie for 21st after scoring a 99 (+27) and fellow classmate Morgyn Wiley was not far behind in 23rd with a 106 (+34). Freshman Makena Young took 27th after finishing with a 126 (+54).
West Chester took home the team title as the Golden Rams combined for a 319 and Jefferson's Vivian Chuang captured individual honors with a 76 (+4).
