BETHLEHEM – Competing in one of the largest country meets in the country, the East Stroudsburg University men's team placed 12th out 34 squads at the 49th Paul Short Run, hosted by Lehigh, on Saturday afternoon at the Goodman Campus Cross Country Course.
Running in the White 8K race, Landon Boyle guided ESU for the third straight time with the sophomore finishing 31st out of 376 runners after crossing the line in 26:42.4
Freshman Ethan Holcomb was the next best finisher for the Warriors in 49th with a time of 27:05.2, while fellow classmate Bryce Keenoy took 87th at 27:41.0.
Newcomer Liam Hansberry finished inside the top-100 at 92nd after clocking a time of 27:44.6 and freshman Jack Becker capped off the scoring in 112th after crossing the line in 27:55.9.
Freshman Cory Miduri (119th – 28:01.7), first-year student Tim Gale (207th – 29:01.6), fellow classmate Lucas Thaler (276th – 30:12.2) and sophomore Andrew Dowdell (277th – 30:12.9) rounded out the event for ESU.

ESU gets one final tune up before the PSAC Championships as the Warriors head to the Bloomsburg Invitational on Saturday, October 7. The race is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. from the BU Cross Country Course.
