EAST STROUDSBURG – The East Stroudsburg University athletic department honored its student-athletes for their academic and athletic achievements during the 2023-24 academic year during the second annual Warrior Athlete Recognition on Monday evening inside Koehler Fieldhouse.

- ESU field hockey junior midfielder Jady van Gils was presented with a banner that will be displayed inside Koehler Fieldhouse as the 2023 NFHCA National Player of the Year.
There were many accomplishments throughout the 2023-24 school year, which do not include the ongoing spring seasons. ESU is on pace to have its best finish in the Dixon Trophy standings in school history. A total of 55 Warriors earned All-PSAC selections, 13 earned all-region selections, while eight were tabbed All-Americans and 16 school records were broken. Additionally, seven coaching milestones were eclipsed during the academic year.
