EAST STROUDSBURG – East Stroudsburg University women's volleyball junior Anna Coulter has been named an Academic All-American by College Sports Communicators, earning third-team honors.

Coulter becomes the second Warrior in program history to earn Academic All-America honors, joining Ali Finch, who earned the honor in 2021.

"This is super exciting for me as well as the team." Said Coulter. "Being able to represent ESU at one of the highest levels is truly an honor."

In the classroom, Coulter maintains a 3.93 GPA while majoring in sports management.

On the court, Coulter led the Warriors in several categories both in the PSAC and nationally. In the PSAC, she ranked fifth in kills per set (3.75), led the conference in blocks per set (1.46), and topped the league in hitting percentage (.438). Nationally, she ranked third in blocks per set and second in hitting percentage.

This is her eighth honor of the postseason. Previously, she has been named PSAC First Team, PSAC East Athlete of the Year, D2CCA All-Region First Team, D2CCA All-America First Team, AVCA All-Region First Team, AVCA All-America Honorable Mention and CSC Academic All-District.

The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC in handling awards fulfillment for the 2024–25 Academic All-America® programs.
