EAST STROUDSBURG – For the third consecutive season, the East Stroudsburg University women's wrestling team won the Pennsylvania State Collegiate Championship, compiling 94 team points with seven champions, three runner-up performances and 18 total top-six placements on Sunday at Koehler Fieldhouse.
