EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. – The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference announced Tuesday afternoon that ESU women's tennis graduate student Marketa Beladova earned PSAC East Athlete of the Week honors in her first week as a Warrior and the second of her career.

Beladova and her No. 1 doubles partner defeated their Moravian opponents 6-3, and she followed with a 6-2, 6-1 victory in singles. Both wins helped lead ESU to its first victory over Moravian in 18 years.

This marks the third consecutive year a Warrior has earned the honor, with Elina Joronen receiving it twice in 2023 and Alessia Bianchini claiming one in 2024.

The Warriors return to action on March 10 at the PTR Spring Tennis Fest, where they will compete through March 14.
