EAST STROUDSBURG, Pa. – College Sports Communicators announced Tuesday that
Vera Renshof,
Anique Hazebroek,
Emily Gambler and
Sam Grayauskie were selected to the CSC Academic All-District Team for their excellence in both the pool and the classroom.
Renshof, a junior from the Netherlands, put together another historic season to add to her career as one of the most decorated Warriors in program history. The public health major recorded a perfect 4.0 GPA in the fall semester and holds a 3.7 cumulative GPA. At the 2025 PSAC Championships, Renshof won the Warriors' first gold medal in 46 years by taking the 200-yard freestyle.
Hazebroek, a sophomore from the Netherlands, earns her first Academic All-District honor in her first season of eligibility. The biology major boasts a 3.9 cumulative GPA. Hazebroek holds school records in the 500 and 1,650 freestyle events. At the conference championships, she claimed bronze in the 1,650 freestyle and placed fourth in both the 500 and 1,000 freestyle races.
Gambler, an early childhood education major from Columbia, Pennsylvania, holds a 3.8 cumulative GPA. She qualified for the PSAC Championships for the first time this past winter and now earns her first Academic All-District selection. Gambler owns the ninth-fastest time in school history in the 200 butterfly.
Grayauskie, a junior early childhood education major from Schwenksville, Pennsylvania, has a 3.84 GPA. She returned to the conference championships this season and holds the 10th-fastest time in school history in the 1,650 freestyle.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Women's Swimming & Diving teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the pool and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes women's swimming & diving honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Renshof and Hazebroek were also selected as finalists for CSC Academic All-America honors. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced April 22, 2025.
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2023-24 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
