LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference announced its weekly men's and women's tennis honors on Monday, and for the third consecutive week, East Stroudsburg University's
Marketa Beladova has been named PSAC East Athlete of the Week. The Warrior went a perfect 6-0 last week, earning three wins in both singles and doubles play.
In singles action, the native of the Czech Republic opened the week with a dominant 6-0, 6-1 victory over Shippensburg's Corinne Markovich. She followed with a flawless 6-0, 6-0 win over Penn State Harrisburg's Allison Wootton and capped the week by blanking Hallie Meyer of Shepherd, her former teammate, 6-0, 6-0.

Louise Boyer-Vidal, the European duo extended their doubles win streak to nine and improved their season record to 11-3. They began the week with a 6-1 victory over Shippensburg's Markovich and Yasmin De Meyer. In a tightly contested match midweek, they edged Penn State Harrisburg's Wootton and Breanna DeSantis in a tiebreaker, 7-6 (7-0). They closed out the week with a 6-0 win over Shepherd's Hallie Meyer and Millie Shaw.
