2025 Season Highlights: A key contributor on both sides of the ball, Tulana Mingin delivered a strong junior campaign, playing in 59 games and batting an impressive .323. She racked up 60 hits, 30 RBI, and 46 runs scored, including a 4-hit game at Shepherd (Apr. 12) and a 2-RBI performance in the postseason against Shippensburg (May 10). Mingin showed her versatility with 6 doubles, 2 triples, and 12 stolen bases, and crossed the plate 3 times in a breakout win at Lock Haven (Apr. 16).
Defensively, she logged a team-leading 137 total chances and maintained a .949 fielding percentage, notching 79 assists and 51 putouts. She also posted a season-high 4 assists vs. Colorado Mines (Feb. 8) and was a reliable presence in the middle infield all spring.
Background: In high school, she was a three time 1st Team All Conference Selection, 3rd Team All-State, has the single-season and career school records for most hits and highest batting average, and two time captain for softball and field hockey team...led her team to win three Conference Championships...also led her field hockey team to the South Jersey Group 1 Championship...career stats of 137 hits, 117 runs, .523 batting average, and 41 stolen bases...was a part of the National Honors Society...her goal is to be PSAC Champions...majoring in business management at ESU.
