2024 Highlight: Emmanuel Gitonga made his mark for East Stroudsburg at the 2024 Paul Short Run, where he posted a season-best 8K time of 27:54.9 in one of the most competitive fields of the fall. His performance reflected both his drive and potential as he stepped up on a big stage for the Warriors.
