2024 Season Highlights:  Pope had a breakout year between the pipes, appearing in all 22 games and earning 15 starts as East Stroudsburg’s primary goalkeeper. She posted a 6-1 record, logging 653 minutes in goal while compiling a 1.19 goals-against average and 24 total saves across the season.
Pope’s top performance came in a 1-0 win at West Chester (Sept. 20), where she made a season-high 5 saves to preserve the shutout. She also turned in clean sheets against Millersville, Slippery Rock, and Kutztown, and recorded a .649 save percentage on the year.
Her composure and decision-making were instrumental during East Stroudsburg’s postseason push. Off the field, Pope was named a PSAC Scholar-Athlete, balancing a demanding academic and athletic schedule with distinction.
Freshman (2023) (Season Stats): Played in one game against Roberts Wesleyan (9/22) ... contributed to ESU's 2023 PSAC Championship and NCAA Division II National Runner-Up finish.
Background: Two-year captain at Elizabethtown High School … selected to the Lancaster-Lebanon All-League and All-Academic Teams in 2022 … finished senior year with 124 saves and .832 save percentage … recipient of the athletic excellence award … honor roll student … majoring in psychology with a minor in business.
