2024 Season Highlights: Klijn emerged as a premier scoring threat in her sophomore campaign, starting 21 of 22 games and leading East Stroudsburg with 13 goals, 3 assists, and 29 total points. Her dynamic play in the attacking third produced six game-winning goals and a .759 shots-on-goal percentage on 54 attempts. Klijn’s performance earned her 2024 All-PSAC Third Team honors, recognizing her as one of the top forwards in the conference.
She turned in multiple standout performances, including a 5-point explosion against STAC (Sept. 17), where she netted two goals and added an assist. Klijn added multi-goal efforts in shutouts over New Haven (Sept. 25) and in tightly contested victories over Millersville and Slippery Rock. Her most aggressive offensive display came at Adelphi (Sept. 22), where she unleashed a season-high nine shots—six of which were on target—cementing her status as an elite scoring option in the region.
