Welcome to the ESU Field Hockey recruitment website! We are dedicated to finding the best student-athletes to join our program and help us continue our tradition of success. All of our coaches, support staff and players are committed to being a winning team that values hard work, integrity, and excellence both on and off the field. The recruitment process for ESU Field Hockey involves filling out our recruit questionnaire, attending an ID clinic (held in the spring & summer), and participating in our recruiting PowerPoint presentations (around 1.5-2 hours, in-depth of the program and ESU). Our ID Clinics are the best way to learn about our program and showcase your skills to our coaching staff. Also, we are interested in highlight videos around 3-4 minutes in length that showcase your talent. Recommendations via email from your high school and/or club coach also goes a long way with us.
