Conaghan-Silva returns to the cheerleading and acrobatics and tumbling programs for 2022-23 as a graduate assistant after competing in all seven meets during the Warriors' inaugural season in 2022. She will also serve as ESU's mascot coordinator for the upcoming season. 

The Lakeville, Pa. native graduated with her bachelors degree in communication and was named to the NCATA 2022 Academic Honor Roll.
