Emily Howell, a two-time first team NFHCA All-America selection in 2015 and 2016 and the PSAC Defensive Athlete of the Year as a senior, joins the ESU field hockey staff for the 2017 season.

Howell helped ESU to its first-ever PSAC and NCAA Division II championships in 2015. She was named ESU's Co-Senior Women's Athlete of the Year, and was an Academic All-America and two-time PSAC Fall Top 10 selection.
