Bo Vicendese enters his second season as a volunteer assistant coach in 2024.

In his first season on staff, the Warriors rewrote the records books, as ESU recorded 44-19 record, capturing the program's first NCAA DII Atlantic Region title in program history and advanced to the NCAA Softball Championships in Chattanooga, Tenn.

Vicendese
joins the staff after serving as the vice president and Gold Coach for the Maryland Chill Travel organization since 2022. He has placed 50-plus players to the collegiate ranks with a dozen earning all-conference honors. A baseball player at Loyola, he was a starter at second and base and was a two-time team captain. After graduating, he was the assistant general manager and coach for the Yankee Rebels Baseball Club from 1992-1997. Following that stint, he was owner of the Baltimore Bat Company, which produced baseball bats for both the MLB and MILB. He was elected to the Maryland Chill Hall of Fame in 2019.
