From Elizabeth, NJ, Tobie was a former guard at Montclair State University from 2014 until 2018.
Tobie was a captain in three years for the Red Hawks, where she won the conference from in her four years playing for Montclair State University. She recorded a presence in the 2015 Final Four DIII Championship.
In 2017-2018, Tobie was First Team All-Conference in the NJAC, D3hoops, All-Atlantic Region Second Team, Metropolitan Basketball Writers DIII Team and NJAC All-Academic Team. Tobie finish her career with over 500 assists.
At 2016, she started her career as a coach, with the New Jersey Crusaders AAU until 2017, and then transitioned to Director of Basketball Operations at LIU Brooklyn in 2018-2019
Tobie is pursuing a Master's Degree in Management & Leadership: Sports Management at ESU.
