Tiffany Anderson is in her second season as a graduate assistant with the ESU's women's lacrosse program.

During her first season on the staff in 2019, she helped guide the Warriors to the NCAA Tournament after they finished the season at 15-6 overall and 10-2 in conference play. The Warriors registered 290 goals during the 2019 campaign as they broke the program record for most in a single season.

ESU had three players earn IWLCA All-America recognition in 2019, with Krista Mitarotonda and Tatyana Petteway garnering second team honors and Emma Rufolo earning a third team selection. Mitarotonda, Petteway and Rufolo, along with TJ Jefferis and Hana Cicerelle earned All-Region First Team honors, as the Warriors were one of only two teams in Division II to have five players garner All-Region accolades.

Those same five players also earned All-PSAC honors, with four of them being named to the first team.

Mitarotonda's 61 goals during the 2019 campaign were the third-most in a season in program history, as she became the first-ever ESU player to tally 60 or more goals in multiple seasons. Petteway finished with the highest save percentage (.548) among all goalies at the Division II level.

The Warriors were ranked No. 16 in the final IWLCA Poll of the season, as they finished the year among the top-20 for the fourth consecutive season.

Anderson is a 2018 graduate of Tiffin University, where she was a three-year starter on the lacrosse team.

Anderson appeared in 60 games overall during her collegiate career at Tiffin. She was an IWLCA Division II Senior All-Star and an All-GLIAC honorable mention selection in her final season after totaling 28 points (20 G, 8 A) across 18 contests. Anderson was tied for the team lead with 23 caused turnovers, and ranked second with 43 ground balls.

In the classroom, Anderson was a Scholar Athlete who earned a spot on the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team in each of her final seasons.

Her previous coaching experience includes a three-year stint leading teams at Winter Meltdown and Endless Summer lacrosse camps in Cambridge, Md.

Anderson graduated from Tiffin with a bachelor’s degree in sports & recreation management (concentration in athletic administration). She is working towards a master’s degree in management and leadership in sport management at ESU.
