Megan Carroll returns to the ESU soccer staff for her second season as a graduate assistant coach in 2018. She is a 2016 graduate of Bloomsburg University, where she was a four-year letterwinner on the women’s soccer team.

Carroll appeared in 62 games for the Huskies, earning starts in 42 of those contests and registering five goals and five assists during her collegiate career. Primarily a midfielder, she tied for the team lead with three goals as a sophomore in 2014. Carroll served as a team captain in 2016 and was a Scholar-Athlete throughout her time at Bloomsburg. She was a member of the Washington Spirit Reserves in the National Women’s Soccer League this past summer, contributing to a team which went 6-0-3 on the year.

The Middletown, Pa., native served as an assistant soccer coach for middle school girls in the Central Dauphin School District in the spring of 2017. She has additionally worked as a youth soccer instructor for Soccer Shots in Harrisburg since 2014, coaching children between 2-8 years of age.

Carroll graduated cum laude from Bloomsburg with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies. She is working towards her master’s degree in sport management at ESU.
