Devon Paffendorf, previously the assistant volleyball coach at Centenary College in Hackettstown, N.J., is in her third season as assistant volleyball coach at East Stroudsburg University during the 2015 season.
Paffendorf was a four-year starter and three-year captain at Centenary, where she was named to the Colonial States Athletic Conference first team and the CSAC All-Academic team. She set several school records, including career kills (1,293), career games played (457), season kills (484) and season kills per set (4.4). In 2010, she was ranked 12th in Division III in kills and 18th in points.
She is also a graphic artist for the Mars Corporation, turning photos into graphics for printing on Specialty M&M’s. She is a member of SAG-AFTRA and has appeared in several TV shows and movies as a background actor, including the movies Coach (2010); Twelve (2010); and The Beaver (2011); and TV shows including Person of Interest; White Collar; The Good Wife; and Royal Pains.
Paffendorf graduated from Centenary with a B.A. in Individualized Studies in 2010 and a B.S. in Mathematics in 2011. She also completed a minor in Environmental Science. She is currently pursuing her M.A. in Leadership in Public Administration.
