Rob Causton, a 1989 graduate of East Stroudsburg University, enters his sixth season as an assistant coach for the women's volleyball program during the 2020 season.
He was a volunteer assistant for the Warriors during the 2015 season, and was previously a volunteer assistant for ESU's men's team for two years (2007-08 and 2008-09).
A four-year letterwinner on ESU's NCAA Division I men's volleyball team from 1985-89, Causton was the team's Coaches Award recipient in 1988 and 1989.
He is a physical education instructor and head archery coach at Oxford Central School (Oxford, N.J.) and has led his team to 10 National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP) New Jersey state championships.
