PSAC East Athlete of the Week (Nov. 17, 2025)
Sophomore (2025): Made 33 starts and appeared in 117 sets...Recorded 308 kills, 26 service aces... 389 receptions, 293 digs, 50 total blocks, and 361 points... Named PSAC East Athlete of the Week on Nov. 17 after she combined for 29 kills, three blocks, 30 digs, and 31.5 points in the final two matches of the regular season.
2024 Season Highlights: Kelly Crites was a pillar of consistency and tenacity for the Warriors in 2024, appearing in all 74 sets and delivering 209 kills, 223 digs, and 230.5 total points. She ranked among the team’s most dependable two-way players, bringing production in both the front and back rows.
Crites opened the year with a season-high 17 kills and 18.5 points in a win over West Liberty (Sept. 6) and added another 17-point performance in a sweep of D’Youville (Sept. 7). She tallied a career-best 19 digs at Millersville (Nov. 9) and totaled 3 blocks in the same week against D’Youville, highlighting her well-rounded impact.
Background: Outside hitter at Fairview High School … named Player of the Year by her conference, district, Crescent News and for Northwest Ohio … All-State selection … guided the Warriors to three conference and sectional titles and two district championships … finished career with 1,700 kills … recorded 40 kills in a match and 552 kills in a season … member of National Honor Society … earned academic honors from conference and district … majoring in business.
