Senior (2016-17): NCAA DII qualifier ... ESU Coaches Award recipient ... Booked his first-career trip to nationals with a fourth-place finish at 157 pounds at the Super Region I Championships as the No. 6 seed … defeated two higher seeds to earn his top-four spot, topping No. 3 Greg Brusco from Wheeling Jesuit by a 7-6 decision in the quarterfinals and No. 4 Fernando Silva from Notre Dame (ranked No. 9 nationally) by an 8-5 margin in the consolation semifinals … nearly upset national No. 3 Ryan Strope (McKendree) at the NCAA DII Championships, holding a late 4-2 lead before ultimately falling 5-4 in overtime … ended year with a 14-11 record (9-6 in duals) competing primarily at 157 pounds … went 10-9 at 157, 3-2 at 165 and 1-0 at 174 … registered three bonus point wins on the year … earned NWCA DII All-Academic honorable mention recognition for a third-straight season … defeated PSAC opponents from Gannon, Shippensburg, Mercyhurst, Millersville and Kutztown … won 9 of 12 bouts from Jan. 8 – Feb. 24 … after beginning his career at 133 pounds, earned a 13-4 major decision over Millersville’s Trent Cook (Feb. 10) competing up at 174 to help the Warriors to a dual win … ends career with 41 victories at ESU (25 in duals).
Junior (2015-16): Named to NWCA DII All-Academic honorable mention team ... went 10-12 overall and 9-6 in duals ... 1 fall, 2 major decisions ... 8-8 vs. DII competition ... 10-10 at 157 pounds (0-2 at 165) ... competed in PSAC Championships and Super Region 1 Championships ... won 7-4 vs. Douglas Mele (Millersville) in PSAC consolations ... pinned Garret Smith (Gannon) in 6:28 in dual ... faced nationally-ranked Matt Martoccio (Kutztown) three times ... was No. 7 seed in regional (went 0-2) ... dual wins vs. Trinity, UPJ, Ohio Valley, Muhlenberg, West Liberty, LIU Post, Gannon, Wheeling Jesuit and AIC (forfeit).
Sophomore (2014-15): Named to NWCA DII All-Academic honorable mention team ... went 7-7 overall and 2-1 in duals ... 3-2 at 149 pounds ... 4-5 at 157 ... had dual wins vs. AIC and UPJ.
Freshman (2013-14): Went 10-20 overall and 5-9 in duals ... 10-19 at 133 and 0-1 in only bout at 141 (dual vs. Kutztown) ... 7-15 against DII competition ... reached quarterfinals of Doug Parker Invitational at Springfield (won first two bouts) ... placed 8th at Midwest Classic at Indianapolis ... had dual win over UPJ's Evan Link (5-5 RT:tb2) in November ... won first consolation bout at PSAC Championships, pinning Kyle Loeb (Millersville) in 1:24 ... had dual wins over AIC, UPJ, Tiffin, Scranton and Shippensburg.
