As a student-athlete at ESU, Coy established an individual school record in the 200 breaststroke as a freshman, and she is also part of school records in the 200 and 400 medley relays. She placed ninth in the PSAC in both the 100 and 200 breast in 2013, and was also a PSAC qualifier in the butterfly and individual medley.
A native of Doncaster, England, Coy graduated from ESU in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in sport management. She is currently working towards her master’s in management and leadership.
