MILLERSVILLE - Junior forward Kevin Holmes scored two second-half goals to help the East Stroudsburg University men's soccer team improve to 5-1 in the PSAC with a 2-0 win at Millersville on Wednesday.

Holmes, the leading scorer in the PSAC with 15 goals a year ago, moved into the team lead with five goals this season. He gave ESU a 1-0 lead 4:20 into the second half off an assist from Roshane Ellison, and added an unassisted goal with 7:07 remaining to seal the victory.

Sophomore goalkeeper Larry Pokrywa posted his second shutout of the season and made five saves. Matt Langione also had five saves for Millersville.

The Warriors, ranked No. 18 in the NSCAA poll, will host No. 12 Bridgeport in a match-up of the second and third-ranked teams in the Northeast Region on Friday night at 7 p.m. at Eiler-Martin Stadium.
