LYNDHURST, N.J. – Sophomore forward Kevin Lombardo scored his first career goal six minutes before the halftime whistle and helped East Stroudsburg University remain undefeated at 3-0 with a 2-0 shutout at Felician on Wednesday night in non-conference men's soccer.

Lombardo's unassisted goal came two minutes after he entered the game and was followed by the second goal of the season by redshirt senior midfielder Michael Kane, who scored after a long throw-in by senior back Josh Arcona to give the Warriors a two-goal cushion with 15 minutes remaining.

Senior Troy Hernandez made three saves in goal for ESU, which has allowed just one goal in 270 minutes to open the season. John Weber had four saves for Felician (0-3) and the Golden Falcons held a 9-8 edge in shots in the contest.

The Warriors are undefeated through their first three games for the fourth time since 2002 and head to New York to take on Molloy in a non-conference game on Saturday at 1 p.m.
