1 • ESU (2-1, 0-1) travels to Cheyney (0-3, 0-1) after falling at defending PSAC East champion Shippensburg, 41-31, in its divisional opener last Saturday. Cheyney fell at Lock Haven, 12-10.
2 • ESU holds the NCAA all-division record for consecutive wins in an uninterrupted series with 33 straight victories against Cheyney. The Wolves' only win in the series came in 1979.

Robert Healy leads NCAA Division II freshmen in rushing yards per game (130.3) through the first 3 games after running for 189 yards on 20 carries at Shippensburg. He had 91 yards vs. AIC and 111 at Seton Hill the first 2 weeks.
4 • Healy had the most yards from scrimmage (226) by an ESU freshman in 40 years (410 games) under head coach
Denny Douds. His 189 rushing yards are 3rd-most by a freshman since 1968.

Matt Soltes made his 10th career start at Shippensburg, gaining 376 yards of total offense. Soltes has thrown for 2,999 yards and rushed for 670 yards over the last 10 games.
6 • ESU's 812 rushing yards are its most through 3 games under Douds. The Warriors have run for 300+ yards (338 at Seton Hill, 301 at Ship) in consecutive games for the first time since 1994.
7 • ESU is tied for the DII lead in turnover margin (+2.3 - 8:1). ESU's 1 turnover is the fewest in any 3-game stretch in 40 years under Douds. The Warriors had a 4-0 margin last week at Ship.
8 • The Warriors lead the PSAC and are 2nd in DII in time of possession (36:30) on the strength of a rushing attack that is 3rd in the PSAC and 17th in DII, averaging 270.7 yards per game.
9 • ESU leads the PSAC and ranks 7th in DII in pass completion defense (45.6), and is 4th in the PSAC and 28th in DII in pass efficiency defense (106.3). Last year, opponents hit on 63.0 percent and had a pass efficiency rating of 163.4.
10 • The Warriors are getting off the field on 3rd down at an exceptional rate - 22.5 percent (9-for-40), ranking 1st in the PSAC and 6th in DII. Included is a 3-for-28 clip on 3rd-and-long (5+).
