EAST STROUDSBURG - Senior guard Matt Tobin had 11 points and 11 assists to set East Stroudsburg University's career assist record as the Warriors posted a 101-90 win over Mansfield for their fourth straight win on Wednesday night at Koehler Fieldhouse.

Tobin finished the night with 471 career assists, surpassing the record of 467 set by Mike DelGrosso from 1987-91.

Tobin had his second straight double-double (both with 11 points and 11 assists), his sixth career double-double and eight career game with 10 assists. He has 103 assists this season in 17 games after posting 205 assists, second-most in school history, to lead ESU's record-setting 30-2 season last winter.

ESU head coach Jeff Wilson won his 225th career game, tying John Chaney (Cheyney, 1971-82) for 12th in PSAC history. Chaney continued his legendary career at Temple University in Philadelphia.

Senior forward Lamont Tillery scored a career-high 22 points, including four three-pointers, to lead six double-figure scorers for ESU (12-5, 10-3). The Warriors remain atop the PSAC East standings and travel to second-place Kutztown (12-7, 9-4) on Saturday.

Junior guard Jamal Nwaniemeka scored 16 points, all in the first half, senior guard Whis Grant had 14, sophomore forward Rasheed Moore 13, sophomore forward Steve Harris 12 and Tobin 11.

ESU shot 48.5 percent (33-for-68) for the game, made 10 three-pointers and shot 25-for-30 at the foul line. The Warriors were torrid in the first half, jumping out to a 55-37 lead at intermission - going 20-for-33 from the field, 7-for-14 from long distance and 8-for-8 at the line.

Joe Bell scored 21 points, Thomas Moore had 16 and Da'Quan Jones and Ralik Wise added 14 each for Mansfield (7-10, 5-8).

Tobin set the career assist record early in the second half on a three-pointer by Grant, who ranks third all-time at ESU with 1,718 career points.

Tobin set the Sussex County scoring record at Hopatcong (N.J.) with 2,350 career points. Now in his third year as ESU's starting point guard, he has 956 career points and 471 assists as the Warriors improve to 64-14 in the last three seasons.

* Tobin led the PSAC in assists (6.4 per game, 10th in DII), assist-to-turnover ratio (2.5) and steals (2.2) in 2013-14.

* Tobin currently ranks 2nd in assists (6.1), 1st in assist-to-turnover ratio (2.5) and 3rd in steals (2.3) in 2014-15.
