CHEYNEY - Junior guard
Ryan Krawczeniuk scored a career-high 18 points to lead four Warriors in double figures as East Stroudsburg University remained unbeaten in PSAC men's basketball with a 105-64 win at Cheyney on Friday night at Cope Hall.
ESU (8-3, 6-0) is off to its second-best PSAC start in school history, posted its fifth straight win and eighth in its last nine games.
The Warriors maintain a share of the PSAC East lead entering 2017 with Shippensburg (10-0, 6-0), which won 97-82 at Kutztown on Friday night.

Steven Stoney (10) were all in double figures. Krawczeniuk and Giordano led a bench effort that scored 68 points.
Senior forward
Rasheed Moore scored seven points and entered ESU's top 10 in career scoring. He tied Dave Moyer (1974-78) for 10th with 1,332 points and passed the late Ed Urie (1,329 - 1985-90) on Friday night.
ESU led 49-32 at halftime and stretched its lead to as many as 42 points (92-50) with eight minutes remaining.
The Warriors scored 100 points for the third time in six PSAC games, also posting 103 in a 27-point win vs. Clarion on November 19 and 107 in a 37-point win at Edinboro on December 3. ESU ranked fourth in the PSAC in scoring (83.2 ppg) entering the evening.

Chris Bing had five points, seven rebounds and three blocks to anchor ESU's interior defense.
The Warriors held a 23-14 advantage in turnovers and had 11 steals, including three by Stoney.
ESU extended its winning streak in the series to 16 games and topped 100 points vs. Cheyney for the third straight meeting, winning 104-62 on the road and 115-73 at home in two games last year. The Warriors eclipsed the 90-point mark vs. the Wolves for the fifth straight time.

Kitt Najee Walls and Jones had five assists each.
ESU shot 49.3 percent overall and 52.9 percent (9-for-17) from the three-point line. Giordano was 3-for-3 from long distance and Brice connected on both of his three-point attempts.
Krawczeniuk (8-for-8) led a 28-for-34 effort at the free throw line.
Moore, averaging 18.9 points in nine games entering the night, was the reigning PSAC East Athlete of the Week for his 26-point, 11-rebound game in an 88-81 win at Gannon on December 10 prior to the Warriors' 20-day layoff. He failed to reach double figures for the first time this season, playing just 18 minutes with the game well in hand.
Brice scored at least 13 for the fourth straight game, averaging 16.0 points in that span including back-to-back 19-point games win wins at Edinboro and Mercyhurst in early December.
Giordano's 11 points tied his season-high.
No Warrior played more than 19 minutes with ESU's five freshmen combining for 52 minutes of action.

Michal Weiss both scored two.
All 15 Warriors who dressed for the game scored at least two points, and 14 hit at least one field goal.
Basir Fulmore scored 12 points and Dikemba Amugo had eight points and nine rebounds to lead Cheyney (1-9, 1-5), which shot 37.5 percent (24-for-64) and was 0-for-8 from the three-point line.
ESU has a hectic stretch starting next Tuesday, with five games (four at home) between January 3 and January 14. The Warriors host Lock Haven on Tuesday, travel to Millersville next Friday (Jan. 6) and host West Chester (Monday, Jan. 9), Kutztown (Wednesday, Jan. 11) and Slippery Rock (Saturday, Jan. 14) the following week.
