EAST STROUDSBURG - East Stroudsburg University's football program has announced the names of 12 student-athletes who have signed a National Letter of Intent to attend ESU and play football for the Warriors.

ESU head coach Denny Douds completed his 43rd season as head coach and 51st year on the Warriors' coaching staff overall in 2016. Douds ranks third in DII history in career wins (260), extending his PSAC record, and has coached in 451 career games, a DII record and eighth in NCAA history (all divisions).

The Warriors had seven All-PSAC East selections last fall led by tailback Robert Healy, who was a four-time all-conference selection, consensus All-Region first team selection and set multiple ESU single-season and career records, including 1,163 rushing yards and 18 TD as a senior, and ESU career marks for rushing yards (3,993), all-purpose yards and yards from scrimmage (5,908).

Also named All-PSAC East were redshirt junior defensive lineman Marc Ranaudo (first team) and five second team selections - junior wide receiver Tim Wilson, sophomore offensive tackle Michael Fleming, redshirt junior offensive guard Norman Rogers III, redshirt senior defensive end Ahmad McFarland and redshirt junior linebacker Mike Wiand.

Healy was named first team All-Region by D2CCA (sports information directors) and the Football Gazette, earning his third career All-Region honor. Senior fullback Sean Roth was also named to the Football Gazette first team, and Ranaudo was mentioned on the third team.
