OVERVIEW
- Bloomsburg was able to hold off East Stroudsburg's late comeback attempt and come away with a 22-17 victory over the Warriors on ESU's Homecoming last
Saturday at Eiler-Martin Stadium.
- The Huskies collected the victory without scoring an offensive touchdown in the game. The Bloomsburg special teams accounted for 13 points on a pair of field
goals from Cameron Shollenberger and an 87-yard kickoff return by Chris Monaco, while the defensive unit scored on a fumble recovery for a touchdown and also added a safety.
- West Chester suffered its first loss of the season and first regular-season loss in 16 games dating back to the 2017 campaign last time out, falling at Shepherd
by a 35-23 final. Shepherd racked up 529 yards of total offense, led by 413 in the air from QB Tyson Bagent, and the Rams' defense forced four WCU turnovers.
THE SERIES: West Chester leads 61-22
- Saturday will mark the 84th all-time meeting between ESU and WCU, with the series dating back to 1926. The Golden Rams have won six straight over the Warriors, with ESU's last victory in the series coming in 2012 at home (35-28).
THE HEAD COACHES
ESU - Jimmy Terwilliger (ESU '07)
- In his first full-season as head coach of the Warriors in 2019 after taking over for legendary head coach Denny Douds for the final two games last season.
- Terwilliger went 1-1 to finish the 2018 season as the Warriors defeated Clarion on the road 23-17 on Nov. 10.
- He was named the ninth head coach in program history on Feb. 25, 2019 in a press conference held in Koehler Fieldhouse.
- Terwilliger, who graduated from ESU in 2007 is one of five head coaches in the PSAC who played at their alma mater, along with Chris Weibel (Clarion), Mark Maciejewski (Shippensburg), Gary Dunn (California), and Daniel Day (Seton Hill).
- He is the second Harlon Hill Trophy recipient (NCAA DII's Top Football Player) to coach at his alma mater (Chris Hatcher, Valdosta State - 1994; 2000-06).

- 141-60 record at West Chester and 195-74 overall as a head coach
- Graduated from Delaware in 1979, where he was a quarterback for the Blue Hens and led them to the 1974 DII National Championship Game.
WARRIORS FACTS
- ESU's 5-0 start to the season matched its best opening to a year since the 2008 campaign, when the Warriors finished with a 9-2 record.
- The Warriors are searching for their first six-win season since 2015, when they went 6-5 overall on the year.
- ESU posted back-to-back 50-plus point outputs in wins over Lock Haven and Millersville earlier this season. It marked the first time ESU has scored 50-plus points in consecutive games since the 2005 season.
- The Warriors rank fifth in the PSAC in team defense this season, allowing just 17.7 points per game to opponents. ESU opened the year by holding its opponents to 18 points or less in each of the first five games.

- ESU (5-2, 5-2 PSAC East) posted 279 yards of total offense on the day, while Bloomsburg registered 243.
- Warriors quarterback Jake Cirillo went 13-of-23 with 118 yards passing and 56 on the ground, but was injured in the fourth quarter and unable to return. Ben Moser, who took over for Cirillo following the injury, nearly led the Warriors to a fourth-quarter comeback. The redshirt junior completed 5-of-12 passes for 61
yards, and rushed for 19 yards and a touchdown on three attempts.
- Devante Robinson ran for 44 yards on four attempts and hauled in a team-high five receptions for 27 yards, and Gunner Anglovich tallied 24 yards and one touchdown on the ground, while adding four receptions for a teambest 52 receiving yards.
- On the defensive end, Andre Eldridge racked up nine tackles and one sack, Jameer Brooks added eight tackles, and Tyler Watson registered the team's lone turnover on an interception in the second quarter.
