ESU struck for the first goal of the day just under eight minutes into the contest, as Skove was able to loft a shot over goalie Karly Trillhaase for her fourth goal of the season. The Warriors quickly doubled up on their lead in the 14
th minute on Sicker's first of the year. Wood sent a thru ball to a streaking Sicker, who beat Trillhaase over the top to make it a 2-0 game.
After Lock Haven cut the deficit to 2-1 on a Josie Swartz tally, Wood responded for the Warriors with a goal two minutes later to put ESU up by a 3-1 margin. Wood received a long ball from Skove and slotted one into the bottom right corner to tally her third goal of the season.
The Warriors netted their fourth of the contest in the 43
rd minute, as Simsic scored from the top of the box for her first career goal to push the ESU lead to 4-1. Lock Haven was able to respond with just 53 seconds left in the half on a penalty kick from Marah Foltz, which brought the Bald Eagles back within a pair, 4-2, at the break.
The lone goal of the second half went to Woodbyrne, which was her second tally of the season. The senior picked up a loose ball in the box and finished lower right to make it a 5-2 game.
The five goals for the Warriors were the second-most in a match this season, trailing only the six-goal output in the season opener at Chestnut Hill.
