SAVANNAH, Ga. – East Stroudsburg University's women's golf program began the spring portion of its 2018-19 schedule at the Savannah State Spring Fling on Thursday afternoon.
The Warriors were part of a field which included four Division I programs. Three ESU golfers completed the course, with sophomore
Micaela Crines carding a team-best score of 94.
Junior
Amy Bergquist followed with a 102, while freshman
Shannon Campbell scored a 108.
Butler finished first in the team standings with a final score of 314, with the Bulldogs beating out Youngstown State by a single stroke.
Next up for ESU is the Ursinus Invitational, a two-day tournament which will begin on Saturday, March 23.
