EAST STROUDSBURG – Due to COVID-19 protocols, the East Stroudsburg University softball weekend series against Shepherd on Friday and Saturday has been canceled. With the four-game series scheduled on the final weekend of the regular season, the series cannot be rescheduled.   

The Warrior conclude the regular season with a 26-12 and 17-11 record in PSAC East and currently sit in third place in the east division. The top four teams in each division will qualify for the PSAC Championships.

ESU currently holds a one-game lead over West Chester (16-12) and Shippensburg (16-12) in the east standings, as the Golden Rams and Raiders square off against one another in a four-game weekend series beginning on Friday. This series will determine PSAC Championship seeding.

Kutztown (23-9) and Shepherd (20-8) have already clinched spots in the upcoming conference championship tournament.
