EAST STROUDSBURG – The postseason accolades continue to come in for East Stroudsburg University women's soccer midfielder Rebeca Kotula, as she was named to the Division II Commissioner's Conference Association (D2CCA) First Team, the organization announced on Tuesday morning.

Kotula paced the Warrior offense with nine goals and five assists for 23 points in the impressive season.

During the regular season, the Wyomissing product tied for second in goals in the conference with Bloomsburg's Nicole Varano and tied for seventh in points for 23 total points which led the division and ranked second in the conference, trailing Gannon's Sarah Fails' 25.

In conference games, Kotula recorded at least one goal against every PSAC East school, with the exception for Bloomsburg and Shippensburg. Kotula tallied two goals against West Chester, who advanced to the NCAA Semifinals. The Golden Rams have conceded just six goals in 21 games in 2022.

Along with all-region honors, Kotula was named to the All-PSAC East First Team earlier this month. She becomes the first Warrior to earn D2CCA All-Atlantic Region First Team accolades since Sammi Ortiz, Haley Skove, Hannah Saggese and Jules Harris were all honored in 2017. Skove was also a D2CCA all-region second-team honoree in 2019.

Kotula enters her senior season with 13 career goals and six assists for 32 points in 36 games as a Warrior.
