EAST STROUDSBURG – On Thursday, the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference announced that East Stroudsburg University men's wrestling freshman
Brady Carter (125) and junior
Cameron Enriquez (133) were named Third Team All-PSAC in their respective weight classes.
Carter and Enriquez become the first Warriors' to garner All-PSAC honors since 2020, when Mike Raccioppi (174) and Elliott Riddick (184) were tabbed First-Team.
In his first season wearing the red and black, Carter qualified for the NCAA Division II Wrestling Championships after capturing a third-place finish at the Super Region I Championships. The Lacey Township, N.J. native finished with a 14-6 record overall and 4-1 mark in duals while totaling three falls and four major decisions. Carter was a perfect 4-0 in PSAC duals, which included a victory of Gannon's Jose Diaz, who was named Second Team All-PSAC.
Wrestling in the second half of the season, Enriquez posted a 5-2 mark overall and 5-1 record in duals on his way to earning All-PSAC honors for the first time in his career. The Stroudsburg native finished 4-1 in PSAC duals with his lone defeat coming against Mercyhurst's Eric Bartos, who was tabbed the PSAC Athlete of the Year.
