EAST STROUDSBURG – Following a 5-0 start to the 2023 season, the East Stroudsburg University field hockey team remained in the top spot of the Penn Monto/NFHCA Division II coaches poll, the organization announced on Tuesday.

The Warriors received 26 of the 28 first-place votes, followed by Shippensburg in second and Kutztown in third, each with a first-place tally. Saint Anselm jumped up three spots to No. 4, West Chester dropped to No. 5, Millersville fell to No. 6, and Mount Olive moved to No. 7. Meanwhile, Bloomsburg (No. 8), Newberry (No. 9) and Mansfield (No. 10) all climbed into the top-10 of the poll.
